Information We Collect

We only hold the information you choose to give us when you contact us, whether that is through the enquiry form on our contact page or by email. That is typically:

your name, organisation and job title
your phone number or email address
what you tell us about your enquiry
if you use the enquiry form, the subject you selected and a record that you confirmed we may reply to you

If you or your organisation become a client, we also hold the information provided in the course of our work.

This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. It stores one item in your browser to remember that you have seen our cookie notice, which is not used to track you and never leaves your device. The company that hosts the website may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

To stop automated abuse, the enquiry form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile before it is sent. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots. It is not used to profile you or to track you across websites.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your enquiry and arrange an initial conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where you ask us about our services, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To provide our services if you or your organisation become a client. Our lawful basis is the performance of our contract, or our legitimate interest in providing services to the organisation you work for.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, such as keeping business records. Our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
To send you updates, but only if you have asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by automated means.

Who We Share It With

We only share your information where necessary, with:

service providers who support our business, such as IT, email and website hosting providers, under contracts that require them to protect it
professional advisers, such as accountants, lawyers and insurers
regulators, law enforcement or others where the law requires us to

How Long We Keep It
